Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine effiziente und effektive Produktorganisation ist einer der Schlüsselfaktoren für eine erfolgreiche digitale Produktentwicklung. Obwohl keine Organisation der anderen vollkommen gleicht, lassen sich dennoch Muster identifizieren, die erfolgreiche digitale Produktorganisationen gemeinsam haben. Im Folgenden werden diese Eigenschaften von Produktorganisationen analysiert sowie deren Strukturen, Abläufe und Rollen untersucht. Ziel des Beitrags ist, eine Übersicht über die wesentlichen Elemente zu geben, die eine erfolgreiche Produktorganisation ausmachen, um darauf aufbauend Impulse für mögliche Veränderungen zu setzen.
