Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine gute Produktvision kann den Erfolg oder Misserfolg eines Produktes maßgeblich beeinflussen. Sie stellt den Kundennutzen in den Mittelpunkt und bietet ein langfristiges und inspirierendes Leitbild. Oft werden Produktvisionen aber nicht gemeinsam gelebt, sind zu generisch oder es geht nur um Geschäftszahlen. Dann bleibt der erhoffte Effekt aus. In diesem Artikel seht Ihr, wofür Ihr eine Vision braucht, wie Ihr sie am besten einbindet, welche Tools Ihr nutzen könnt und wie Ihr u. a. mit einem Team-Workshop zu einer wirklich gemeinsamen und kundenzentrierten Vision kommt.
