Abstract

Zusammenfassung Product Sense (Produktgespür) beschreibt die Fähigkeit, Wirkungen in komplexen Systemen vorherzusagen und darauf basierend gute Entscheidungen in der Produktentwicklung treffen zu können. Dies setzt ein besonderes Maß an Empathie für die Zielgruppe sowie ein ganzheitliches Verständnis von Produkt, Geschäft und Domäne voraus. In diesem Beitrag erläutern wir, was Product Sense ist, warum es essenziell für ein gutes Produktmanagement ist und wie man es entwickeln kann. Abschließend geben wir praktische Tipps für die unmittelbare Anwendung.
