Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es gibt handfeste Gründe für Unternehmen, sich zu Sales Driven Companies zu entwickeln. Die Austauschbarkeit von Produkten nimmt ebenso zu wie die globale Konkurrenz, die selbst die sicher geglaubte Marktführerschaft vieler Hidden Champions in Frage stellt. Die sich exponentiell beschleunigende Digitalisierung führt zu bahnbrechend neuen Produktlösungen und hebt die Forschungsgeschwindigkeit in vielen Branchen auf ein neues und schnelleres Niveau. Industriespionage und weltweit angebotene Billigkopien vieler Qualitätsprodukte tun ihr Übriges. In einer Welt zunehmender Austauschbarkeit stellt Sales Drive den stärksten Hebel für die Zukunftsfähigkeit von Unternehmen dar.
