Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zum Schluss soll ein Fazit gezogen werden, um die bisherigen Ausführungen auf strategischer und operativer Ebene abzurunden. Fest steht, dass die Branche mit vielen Herausforderungen parallel umgehen muss. Diese Situation sollte als Normalität angesehen werden, denn auch in Zukunft werden uns die nächsten Krisen und Unwägbarkeiten überraschen. Nur wer bereit ist und sich den Themen proaktiv widmet, wird in Zukunft überleben. Die in diesem Buch vorgestellten, essenziellen Eckpfeiler für einen zukunftsfähigen Hotelbetrieb sollten für das eigene Hotel individuell begriffen und umgesetzt werden.
