Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das siebte Modul des Franchise-Leistungspakets beschreibt den Systemschutz. Welche Instrumente stellt der Franchisegeber zur Verfügung und welche Maßnahmen ergreift er, um das System zum Start und auch laufend zu entwickeln, zu optimieren und zu schützen? Die Beschreibung des siebten Moduls startet mit den Schutzrechten, wie z. B. Gebietsschutz oder Markenschutz. Es folgt die Beschreibung der Know-how-Dokumentation in Form des „Buchs der Partnerschaft“ und des Intranets. Es folgen die Auflistung der Franchisegebühren und die Erklärung zum Qualitätsmanagement im Franchisesystem. Die Darstellung zu einem professionellen Franchisevertrag sowie die Gedanken zur Compliance und der Nachhaltigkeit im Franchisesystem runden dieses siebte Modul des Franchise-Leistungspakets ab.
