Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das erste Modul des Franchise-Leistungspakets beschreibt den Franchisepartner. Die richtigen Franchisepartner sind der wesentliche Erfolgsbaustein, und dem Auswahlprozess kann nicht genügend Aufmerksamkeit gewidmet werden. Denn die richtigen Franchisepartner ordnen sich ein und sind bereit, zum gemeinsamen wirtschaftlichen Erfolg die Spielregeln des Franchisesystems umzusetzen. Die Beschreibung des ersten Moduls startet mit dem Anforderungsprofil, der Definition der Franchisenehmer-Zielgruppen und der Abbildung des professionellen Rekrutierungsprozesses sowie des laufenden Partnermanagements. Es folgen Empfehlungen zur richtigen Etablierung des Beirats. Gedanken und Ideen zum Notfallkonzept, einer eventuellen Nachfolgeregelung sowie die Darstellung der Expansionskriterien für weitere Standorte runden dieses erste Modul des Franchise-Leistungspakets ab.
