Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Leistungs- oder Franchisepaket ist die Darstellung des Leistungsspektrums des Franchisegebers für seine Franchisenehmer. Alle Leistungen, Erfahrungen, Know-how und Services, die in den Jahren der Entwicklung des Franchisesystems zusammengetragen wurden, werden hier komprimiert zusammengeführt. Ebenso werden die rechtlichen Bedingungen (Franchisevertrag, Know-how-Dokumentation, Franchisegebühren, Schutzrechte und ähnliches) sowie die Anforderungen an den Franchisepartner angeführt. Vereinfacht heißt das: Hier sieht der Franchisepartner, was der Franchisegeber alles bietet.
