Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag analysiert die komplexe Gemengelage aus beruflichen und persönlichen Herausforderungen erfolgreicher Frauen in Zeiten der Digitalisierung. Die digitale Transformation mit der Erschließung neuer Märkte, vernetzter Kommunikation und einer zunehmenden Flexibilisierung von Arbeit bringt neue Wertesysteme hervor. Neue Technologien eröffnen vielfältige Möglichkeiten, sich mit der eigenen USP im Internet sichtbar zu positionieren – eine Chance (auch) für weibliche Führungskräfte, die für ihren beruflichen Erfolg auf Eigenverantwortung und -initiative setzen. Individuelle Beobachtungen und Erfahrungswerte, die zwischen 2016 und 2017 in Strategiegesprächen mit weiblichen Führungspersönlichkeiten zusammengetragen werden konnten, verdichten sich hier zu drei prototypischen Fallvignetten und einer Frage: Wenn diese Frauen in Bezug auf ihre berufliche Situation erfolgreich umgesetzt haben, was ihnen geraten wurde, was fehlt dann noch für ihren Weg an die Spitze – übersehen sie etwas?
