Abstract

Zusammenfassung In immer kürzeren Abständen verunsichern neue Brandherde unser Leben. Terroranschläge, Pandemien, Kriege, Finanzkrisen und technologische Disruptionen aber auch Marktdruck wie Nachhaltigkeit beeinflussen die Komplexität des Wirtschaftens. Unternehmen können diesen neuen Anforderungen mit existierenden Strukturen kaum bestehen. Instrumente wie agile Unternehmensführung und digitale Transformation helfen Ihnen eine zukunftssichere Organisationsplattform aufzubauen, die unterstützt nachhaltiges, profitables Wachstum zu erzielen.
