Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sich ändernde gesellschaftliche Rahmenbedingungen haben immer einen Einfluss auf die Zukunft der Unternehmen. Dies trifft insbesondere auf strukturelle Veränderungen zu. Für Unternehmen wichtig ist hierbei die zunehmende Alterung der deutschen Bevölkerung, denn durch sie nimmt die Zahl der vorhandenen Arbeitskräfte prospektiv ab. Der sogenannte demografische Wandel lässt die Anzahl der Menschen ab 67 Jahre bis zum Jahr 2040 voraussichtlich auf mindestens 21,5 Mio. steigen.
