Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wissen Sie, wer sich NICHT bei Ihnen bewirbt? Mehr als 44 Mio. Fachkräfte in Deutschland, ein absoluter Rekord 2017. Doch seit 1984 steht der Fachkräftemangel täglich in den Medien. Woher kommt diese Diskrepanz? Welche neuen Wege in der Personalgewinnung gehen Unternehmen bereits mit Erfolg? Alles geht anders. Doch die meisten Unternehmen machen das, was alle machen. Dabei gibt es keinen Unterschied zwischen Fachkräftemangel und Kundenmangel: Alleinstellung. Aufmerksamkeit. Attraktivität des Angebots. Fachkräftemangel ist Ideenmangel. Rock your idea. Rock your Recruiting.
