Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Arbeitsmarkt wandelt sich rasant – zum „Bewerbermarkt“. Digitalisierung und Fachkräftemangel treffen auf eine Generation, die andere Prioritäten setzt als die vorangehenden: Das Gehalt verliert an Bedeutung: Geld spielt nicht mehr die Hauptrolle bei der Entscheidung für oder gegen einen neuen Arbeitgeber. Das Paket an Erwartungen an einen attraktiven Arbeitgeber wird immer größer: Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle, Remote-Arbeit, Job-Life-Balance, ökologischer Fußabdruck und Unternehmenskultur zählen viel mehr.
