Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wenn die Unternehmen in einem Markt gleich denken und sich gleich verhalten, sind auch ihre Angebote und Produkte für die Kunden vergleichbar. Sie bieten keine Unterschiede oder Alleinstellungsmerkmale. Der Markt wird homogen und langweilig. Ein Kunde wird sich in einem solchen Markt ohne wirkliche Differenzierungen für das Produkt mit dem günstigsten Preis entscheiden. Das wiederum zwingt die Unternehmen mangels einer anderen Art zu denken und zu handeln, zu einem permanenten Optimierungsprozess, um die Produkte zu verbessern und immer günstiger anzubieten.
