Abstract

Zusammenfassung Je höher die Investitionsleistung, umso mehr braucht der Kunde das gute Gefühl beim Kauf einer Lösung. Also das gute Gefühl, beim RICHTIGEN Dienstleister das RICHTIGE Produkt erworben zu haben. Aus diesem Grund ist der persönliche Kontakt zum Kunden im B-t-B-Geschäft besonders wichtig und gehört zur wichtigsten Kennziffer im Verkaufserfolg. Der Kundentermin ist eine hervorragende Plattform, um den Beziehungs- und Vertrauensaufbau zum Kunden durch den persönlichen Kontakt von Mensch zu Mensch zu vertiefen. Nachfolgend werden in diesem Kapitel unterschiedliche Techniken zur erfolgreichen Terminvereinbarung vorgestellt.
