Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Etablierung einer erfolgreichen digitalen Marketing- und Sales-Strategie im B2B-Bereich erfordert eine genaue Kenntnis der Zielgruppe und des idealen Kundenprofils (ICP). Nur, wer seine Zielgruppe kennt, kann diese auch mittels Lead-Research finden und erreichen. Dazu sind ein konsistentes Messaging sowie relevante Inhalte am richtigen Ort der Customer-Journey notwendig. In diesem Kapitel geht es um die Aufarbeitung der Grundlagen, und du erfährst, warum Content-Marketing und Lead-Management im B2B-Bereich nicht vernachlässigt werden dürfen.
