Abstract

Zusammenfassung Online-Werkzeuge sind Mittel zum (Lern-)Zweck und sollten entsprechend durchdacht eingesetzt werden. Dieses Kapitel beleuchtet jüngste Erkenntnisse – auch auf Basis erster Ergebnisse einer spezifischen empirischen Studie – von gelingenden Online-Präsenzschulungen (in Abgrenzung zur traditionellen Onsite-Präsenz). Hierbei gilt es, zunächst die wesentlichen Unterschiede zwischen Onsite- und Online-Schulungsform herauszuarbeiten (insbesondere werden hierzu Zoom-Fatigue und Fokussierungsprobleme betrachtet) und die daraus abzuleitenden Erfolgsfaktoren zu reflektieren. Voraussetzung für gelingende Online-Präsenzschulungen werden im passenden didaktischen Konzept, klaren Spielregeln und letztlich einer angemessenen technischen Ausstattung gesehen. Eine Bandbreite von Best Practices von dem vorgelagerten Techniktest, Vermeidung von App-Wechseln, über Timeboxing und Pausen bis hin zur Visualisierung und Aufzeichnungen werden detailliert behandelt. In dem letzten Teil werden konkrete Anwendungs- und Toolbeispiele vorgestellt. Eine Vielzahl dieser Tools wurde auch in einer empirischen Studie, deren erste Ergebnisse ebenso vorgestellt werden, als sehr relevant identifiziert.
