Abstract

Zusammenfassung Lernen und Arbeiten als Avatar, das ist schon eine besondere Form des „elektronischen Lernens“. Auch, weil es auf das synchrone Miteinander der Teilnehmer fokussiert. Gemeinsames Arbeiten an Aufgaben ist das Ziel, häufig auch auf dem Input des Trainers aufbauend. Die Interaktion, ein kollaboratives Arbeiten, die Förderung von Kreativität und Lösungskompetenz stehen im Mittelpunkt. Hierzu werden Avatare besonders in der Weiterbildung von Fach- und Führungskräften schon jetzt erfolgreich eingesetzt. Weitere Einsatzmöglichkeiten sind regelmäßige standortübergreifende Meetings und Kongresse, wenn sich Teilnehmer treffen und gemeinsam in Gruppen arbeiten. Alle Formate aus der Realität sind hier umsetzbar: vom Bar Camp bis zum Open Space. Und die Vorträge im virtuellen Kongress bleiben so in Erinnerung – es ist einfach beeindruckend.
