Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Frage, wie und durch wen E-Learning Inhalte und Kurse entwickelt werden, ist mehr als eine organisatorische Entscheidung. Dieser Artikel thematisiert anhand von konkreten Fallbeispielen didaktische und lernprozessbezogene Auswirkungen und Begründungen für agile nutzerzentrierte Co-Creation Entwicklungsansätze. Die Erfolge der Co-Creation Ansätze zeigen sich nicht nur in der Qualität der entwickelten Produkte, sondern bereits in den organisationalen Lernprozessen, die durch den Entwicklungsansatz selbst ausgelöst werden.
