Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unternehmen, die sich im Vorfeld der eigentlichen Angebotserstellung für eine öffentliche Ausschreibung die Zeit für eine detaillierte Biet-Entscheidung nehmen und sich mit der Frage auseinandersetzen, wie sie vertriebliche Informationen konsequenter im Angebot nutzen können, sind der Erfahrung nach deutlich erfolgreicher. Auch das bewusste Auseinandersetzen mit der Frage nach der grundlegenden internen Steuerung des Angebotsprojekts hat erhebliche Konsequenzen für die später auftretenden Risiken und Erfolgstreiber. Je nachdem, ob der Angebotsmanager dem Vertrieb, der Technik/Fachlichkeit zugeordnet ist oder einer dritten Rolle angehört, ergeben sich ganz unterschiedliche Auswirkungen beim Schreiben des Angebots. Zuletzt sind auch die professionelle Betrachtung des Risikomanagements sowie der Kick-off-Planung Treiber des Angebotserfolgs. In diesem Kapitel erfahren Sie, was Sie beachten sollten, bevor Sie die erste Zeile Text Ihres Angebots oder Ihres Konzepts schreiben.
