Abstract

Zusammenfassung HR wird häufig mit Begriffen wie „Business Partner“, „Change Agent“ oder „interner Begleiter der Transformation“ tituliert. Dahinter steht oft die mehr oder weniger explizite Erwartung an HR-Abteilungen, interne Entwicklungsprozesse zu begleiten. Das führt uns zu drei wesentlichen Fragen: 1. Welche Prozesse laufen in einer Organisation ab, die HR begleiten könnte? 2. Wie könnte HR das machen? 3. Welche Rolle kann HR neben anderen Verantwortlichen darin übernehmen? Mit allen drei Fragen werden wir uns in diesem Beitrag auseinandersetzen.
