Abstract

Zusammenfassung Beim Thema Fach- und Führungskräftemangel handelt es sich um ein Phänomen, das derzeit und vor allem auch in Zukunft die Unternehmensrealität nachhaltig verändert. Die Boston Consulting Group weist in ihrer Studie „The Future of HR in Europe – Key Challenges Through 2015“ darauf hin, dass „Managing Talent“ das Top-Thema der Zukunft ist. Doch wissen Unternehmen – und insbesondere die verantwortlichen Talentmanager – tatsächlich, wie sie mit diesem richtungsweisenden Thema umzugehen haben? Randolf Jessl, Chefredakteur der Zeitschrift „Personalmagazin“, verbindet mit den Anforderungen an die Verantwortlichen vor allem eines: harte Arbeit: „Gute Talentmanager betreiben eher Ackerbau als Goldfischzucht. Aber wer will sich schon als Landwirt verstehen?“
