Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie schaffe ich es als Unternehmen, mein Performance Management digital und mit Mehrwert zu gestalten? Während die Angebotslandschaft digitaler Lösungen zunehmend wächst, verlieren Unternehmen immer mehr den Überblick. Den Überblick darüber, was es bedeutet, digitales Performance Management (DPM) einzuführen, welches Modell für das eigene Unternehmen am besten passt und wie am Ende ein fühlbarer Mehrwert für Unternehmen und Mitarbeiter entsteht. Um einen besseren Einblick in und Überblick über DPM zu schaffen, befasst sich dieser Beitrag mit den wichtigsten Fragestellungen zu DPM: Warum geht der Trend in Richtung DPM? Welche Formate werden bereits erfolgreich in der Praxis angewendet? Welches sind die Kriterien für eine erfolgreiche Einführung von DPM? Was muss ich als Unternehmen beachten, damit DPM einen wirklichen Mehrwert bietet? Die Erkenntnisse entstammen der Interviewstudie der Autorin im Rahmen ihrer Promotion mit über 60 namhaften und in Deutschland ansässigen Unternehmen zum Thema „Digitalisierung, Performance Management und Feedback“.
