Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vor 180 Jahren als regionaler Feuerversicherer gegründet, ist die Generali Deutschland Gruppe bis heute zum zweitgrößten deutschen Erstversicherer gewachsen. Die Aktivitäten der Generali Deutschland Holding AG und ihrer Tochtergesellschaften sind darauf ausgerichtet, die Marktposition des Generali Deutschland Konzerns im Interesse der Kunden und Aktionäre zu festigen und weiter auszubauen. Grundlagen für die überdurchschnittliche Entwicklung der Gruppe sind die Marken- und Vertriebswegevielfalt. Neben den starken Stammorganisationen, einer Vielzahl von nebenberuflichen Vermittlern, dem Direktvertrieb, sowie einer breiten Verzahnung mit Maklern und Mehrfachagenten ist insbesondere die langjährige Vertriebspartnerschaft mit dem weltweit größten eigenständigen Finanzvertrieb, der Deutschen Vermögensberatung, Garant für den geschäftlichen Erfolg der Gruppe.
