Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Digitalisierung verändert die Servicelandschaft: Auf der einen Seite entstehen neue Abläufe und Dienstleistungen, auf der anderen Seite steigen die Erwartungen der Serviceempfänger. Damit einhergehen massive Veränderungen der Arbeitswelt im Serviceumfeld. Was dies für die Mitarbeitenden bedeutet und wie sich Unternehmen auf diese Anforderungen einstellen müssen, um als Anbieter weiterhin leistungsfähig zu bleiben und als attraktiver Arbeitgeber wahrgenommen zu werden, darum geht es in diesem Artikel.
