Roadmap zur digitalen Wertschöpfung

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die klassische Wertschöpfungsorientierung im Sinne von Porter bezieht sich auf die Wertschöpfung durch Produkte und den After-Sales-Service. Erfolgreiche Anbieter von Industriegütern beziehen produktbegleitende Dienstleistungen seit langem in die gesamte Wertschöpfungsstrategie ein. Durch die zunehmende Intelligenz der Produkte und die Möglichkeiten der Vernetzung zu einem Internet-der-Dinge entstehen zusätzliche Potenziale durch die Verarbeitung von Daten und das Angebot von datenbasierten, smarten Services. In diesem Artikel wird ein Rahmen für die Gestaltung der Digitalen Transformation für Dienstleistungen anhand des Remote Services Continuums aufgezeigt, die digitale Wertschöpfungskette beschrieben und eine Roadmap zur Erschließung dieser Potenziale dargestellt. Die dargestellten Konzepte wurden vom Autor in Zusammenarbeit mit Vele Galovski, Vice President Support and Field Services Research der tsia (Siehe www.tsia.com ) (Technology Services Industry Association) entwickelt.
