Abstract

Zusammenfassung Langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen, die von beiden Seiten als „erfolgreich“ bezeichnet werden, sind unzweifelhaft erstrebenswert. Dennoch gibt es heute weder etablierte Methoden noch Werkzeuge zur Messung dieses Erfolgs, mit der Möglichkeit, die weitere Dauer und den zukünftigen Erfolg zu prognostizieren. Die Kombination aus wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen aus der Sozialpsychologie und technischen Möglichkeiten macht die Messung und Steuerung von Business Relationships möglich. Dieser Beitrag verrät Ihnen, wie es geht.
