Abstract

Zusammenfassung Online-Spendenaktionen sind ein vergleichsweise neues Peer-to-Peer-Spendenprodukt aus dem Bereich des Online-Fundraising. Obwohl sie viele Potenziale und Möglichkeiten für NPO bergen, sind sie im deutschsprachigen Raum noch nicht etabliert. Diesem Beitrag liegt die erste quantitative Untersuchung von Online-Spendenaktionen in der DACH-Region zugrunde. Es werden sowohl wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse ebendieser Untersuchung erläutert, als auch praktische Aspekte hinsichtlich der Planung und Umsetzung des Spendenproduktes beleuchtet.
