Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag zeigt, wie Amazon denkt, warum das Amazon-Ökosystem der „Best Practice“-Blueprint der Plattform-Ökonomie ist, diskutiert, wie das Amazon-Geschäftsmodell funktioniert, und demonstriert, wie Amazon die Marktspielregeln nachhaltig verändert. Indem aufgezeigt wird, wo die Gewinner und Verlierer durch Amazon entstanden sind, wird der Einfluss auf die einzelnen Branchen im Handel, jedoch auch bei produzierenden Unternehmen verdeutlicht. So wird klar, dass die „Amazonisierung“ vor allem für die Akteure eine Bedrohung ist, die nichts unternehmen.
