Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Umkehrschluss könnte lauten: Wer die Jugend nicht hat, hat (als Regionalbank) keine Zukunft. Regionalbanken sind bemüht, bereits in frühem Alter mit Fokus auf den Weltspartag am 31. Oktober eines jeden Jahres junge Kunden bereits im Schüleralter zu gewinnen. Zu ihrem späteren Bankverhalten befragte die Stuttgarter Unternehmensberatung MM1 552 Kunden im Alter von 18 bis 27 Jahren mit folgendem Ergebnis: Weniger als die Hälfte blieb ihren Regionalbanken (Sparkassen und Genossenschaftsbanken) treu, sobald sie als junge Erwachsene in Berufe einsteigen.
