Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Zeitalter von Big Data sprudeln insbesondere die Online-Informationsquellen Tag und Nacht. Im Zuge eines wertschöpfenden Kundendialogs geht es allerdings nicht um eine ziellose Suche nach irgendwelchen Informationen. Sie sollten deshalb zunächst auch nicht auf Big Data schauen, sondern sich auf Small Data konzentrieren – auf die Informationen, die Sie an den unterschiedlichsten Stellen in Ihrem Unternehmen selbst gewonnen haben.
