Abstract

Zusammenfassung Während man in den USA bereits darüber spekuliert, wer den Kampf um die Marketing Cloud gewinnt, nähert man sich der Thematik in Deutschland nur sehr langsam. Das liegt zum einen an einer immer noch vorhandenen Aversion gegenüber der Auslagerung von Daten in eine Cloud und zum anderen an der noch nicht allzu weit fortgeschrittenen Digitalisierung in Marketing und Vertrieb in der gesamten DACH-Region. Die großen Anbieter in diesem Bereich haben sich allerdings schon mit ihren Marketing Clouds im Market positioniert und werden sich diesen wohl nicht mehr streit machen. Der Beitrag beleuchtet die augenblickliche Situation und gibt einen Ausblick auf die weiteren Entwicklungen.
