Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kapitel 3 und 4 haben gezeigt, dass die erfolgreiche Vermarktung hybrider Leistungsbündel eines systematischen Ansatzes bedarf, bei dem sowohl die Anbieterseite (Kosten) als auch die Nachfragerseite (Zahlungsbereitschaft) zusammenhängend betrachtet werden müssen. Der ServPay Navigator KKV® bildet beide Seiten durch die Effektivitäts- und gleichzeitige Effektivitätsforderung ab. Für praktische Zwecke ist es vor diesem Hintergrund sinnvoll, die Komplexität des Entscheidungsproblems durch eine softwarewerkzeugbasierte Entscheidungsunterstützung zu berücksichtigen, deren Konzeption und Realisierung in diesem Kapitel beschrieben wird.
