Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um einen besseren Überblick über den Status quo der anbieterseitigen Erbringung hybrider Leistungsbündel im Allgemeinen und produktbegleitenden Dienstleistungen im Speziellen zu erlangen, wurde in einem ersten Schritt ein umfassender Dienstleistungskatalog erhoben. Hierbei konnten durch Internetrecherchen, Literaturrecherchen, Katalogeinsichten und Experteninterviews 86 unternehmensspezifische bestehende und potenziell denkbare produktbegleitende Dienstleistungen ermittelt werden. Die Konsolidierung dieser unternehmensspezifischen Leistungen auf letztlich 67 Dienstleistungen macht die große Komplexität und Heterogenität des Dienstleistungsanteils hybrider Leistungsbündel deutlich. In Verbindung mit der Erstellung einer Kurzbeschreibung dieser produktbegleitenden Dienstleistungen konnte ein umfassender Dienstleistungskatalog inkl. Glossar erstellt werden, der auf der projekteigenen Internetseite (http://www.servpay.de) zum Download bereitsteht.
