Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das unternehmerische Umfeld ist in den vergangenen Jahren deutlich schwieriger geworden: Technologiewechsel folgen immer schneller aufeinander, Produktlebenszyklen werden kürzer, Wettbewerbskonstellationen sind im stetigen Wandel begriffen. Vor allem etablierte Großunternehmen sehen sich zunehmend gefordert, neben hocheffizienten Abläufen und einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserung im Stammgeschäft auch die effektive Erschließung neuer Märkte zu beherrschen. Mehr denn je hängt der langfristige Unternehmenserfolg von der Fähigkeit ab, flexibel auf Veränderungen im Umfeld zu reagieren sowie Chancen für den Aufbau neuer Geschäfte zu erkennen und zu nutzen.
