Abstract

Zusammenfassung Was sichert den dauerhaften Erfolg eines Unternehmens? Seit Jahren suchen Wissenschaftler, Autoren, Manager und Wirtschaftsexperten nach einer Antwort auf diese Frage. Manche haben komplexe Theoriegebäude errichtet, andere glauben, einfache Antworten gefunden zu haben. Aber ein roter Faden zieht sich durch jede ernsthafte Diskussion über die Frage, warum manche Firmen beständig wachsen und ihre Ziele erreichen, während andere scheitern. Dieser rote Faden heißt Innovation. Firmen, die ein nachhaltiges Wachstum erzielen wollen, müssen beständige Innovationskraft beweisen und neue, einzigartige Produkte und Serviceleistungen entwickeln, um sich von ihren Mitbewerbern zu differenzieren und die Kunden zu überzeugen.
