Abstract

In this chapter I will share reflections on the research in regard to the context of management science and a few personal observations and ideas to serve as food for thought to the reader. During a qualitative research approach several additional bits of information pop up that does not directly relate to the main research question. As a scholar one develops his ideas further and several new questions arise as well. The reflections and observations are related to the organizational structure as was found at Buurtzorg, including its possible limitations and spiritual reflections on the sustainability of the approach of organizational innovation, followed by a conclusion.
