Commercialisation Readiness Index

Abstract

A simple way to decide whether you are ready for commercialisation is to answer ten questions and calculate a Commercialisation Readiness Index (CRI). The CRI includes all critical systems that need to be ready (or almost ready) before you decide to take the next steps towards commercialisation, i.e. before you set up your start-up.
