Abstract

This chapter summarizes the results of a systematic review of the digital maturity models identified in the literature. This review is completed with the purpose to build, in a later stage of the project, a model to assess the digital maturity of the service provider companies in Colombia. To develop this systematic review, the scientific databases of Scopus, ProQuest, Web of Science, and EBSCO were consulted. After applying some exclusion filters, 23 maturity models designed for service provider companies were identified, and they were compared with the enterprise architecture layers proposed by ArchiMate 3.0.1. As a result, it was concluded that the digital strategy and the business model layers are the most considered ones in the maturity models; on the other hand, the implementation and migration layer is only included by one of the analyzed models.
