As a result, there appears a gap between the theory of management and practice of work of managers of companies which are not interested in the use of modern technologies of management. The purpose of the research consisted in study of the opinion of managers of small, medium, and large business regarding the experience of use of organizational and managerial innovations in their activities. The article provides the results of qualitative study of 2014, the object of which was innovational methods of management, applied by managers of large companies with 300+ employees, managers of medium companies with 100–300 employees, and managers of small companies with 5–100 employees. As a result of the research, the conclusions were made on the necessity for formation of methodology of foresight as to development of theory and technology of management which could be an important tool of determination of priorities in the topic and content of organizational and managerial innovations, required by companies’ managers.
