Abstract

Stress is a perceived phenomenon. Hence it is determined by the individual‘s awareness of the situational factors, and his/her own resources. Present article aims to explore the territory of organisational stressors, since organisations are essential parts of one’s life-sphere. Protective factors and coping strategies are also enumerated, in order to help find emotional, cognitive or behavioural techniques that may help to diminish the negative individual effects of stress.
