Regulacja systemu finansowego w obliczu kryzysu gospodarczego

Abstract

Niniejszy rozdzial koncentruje sie na tematyce niedoskonalosci regulacyjnych w obrebie systemu finansowego, ktore okazaly sie szczegolnie istotne w swietle kryzysu. Pierwsza czesc rozdzialu podejmuje problematyke znaczenia systemu finansowego dla wzrostu gospodarczego i porzadkuje argumenty teoretyczne za jego regulacja. Nastepnie przyblizony zostaje zakres regulacji i nadzoru nad rynkami finansowymi we wspolczesnych gospodarkach. Problemy regulacji i nadzoru wybranych elementow systemu finansowego w swietle kryzysu finansowego omawiane sa w drugiej czesci pracy. W pierwszej kolejnosci uwaga skierowana zostaje glownie na sektor bankowy i agencje ratingowe, z uwagi na ich role u zrodel kryzysu. Nastepnie zebrano najwazniejsze zarzuty, formulowane w literaturze przedmiotu, wobec regul funkcjonowania systemu finansowego. Rozdzial zamyka syntetyczne zestawienie proponowanych kierunkow reform, ktore maja zostac podjete w skali miedzynarodowej.
