Abstract

17 listopada 2009 r. mija piecdziesiata rocznica utworzenia Kola Miejskiego Polskiego Towarzystwa Ekonomicznego w Toruniu. Jubileusz ten sklania do refleksji nad dokonaniami czlonkow skupionych w kolach i Oddziale, ktorzy podejmowali sie zadania krzewienia kultury ekonomicznej w „grodzie Kopernika” i jego regionie. W okresie tym zmienialy sie charakter towarzystwa, struktury i wladze, a mimo to w srodowisku torunskim nie brakowalo ekonomistow-pasjonatow, odczuwajacych potrzebe integracji srodowiska ekonomicznego oraz szerzenia wiedzy ekonomicznej.
