Abstract

Frameworks are the result of the interpretations of our personal experiences and of those we trust. Frames help us navigate through the information around us and enable us to make choices. They provide us with a structure so that we may analyze and categorize the world around us. Frames, however, can have a negative impact on our leadership development when they are based on prejudices and assumptions.
