The chapter draws upon a literature review, case studies, and theoretical frameworks to present a nuanced understanding of the phenomena of diversity management within the Eastern European region. This chapter proposes a focus on exploration of diversity management in the Eastern European automotive industry. It will be of interest to scholars, industry practitioners, and policymakers aiming to understand or implement effective diversity management practices in similar contexts.
