Abstract

The impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the COVID pandemic and changes to legal education after the Learning Education and Training Review (LETR) raises questions for IP teaching and professional practice for the potential in the use of tools of virtual reality and artificial intelligence. This exploration of IP curricula design examines the pedagogy of Kolb, the current practice within higher education including WIPO and EPA initiatives, and modern practice and a discussion of my future plans in order to future scope the potential of this technology to aid inclusive, engaging learning and improve its link to employment ready skills as well as the reviewing the concerns wherever our students chose to use their IP education.
