Abstract

El mercado de trabajo busca profesionales cualificados para actuar delante de los desafíos impuestos por la modernidad. Ese perfil profesional de saber actuar delante de situaciones-problemas se volvió en un factor competitivo para los negocios y conquista de nuevos mercados. Llevando en consideración que las instituciones de enseñanza superior, sean públicas, sean privadas, deben primar por la califición profesional y establecer una estrecha relación con la sociedad, una vez que el papel de esas instituciones es la producción y socialización del valor científico, social e informativo, la investigación es un camino posibilitador, favoreciendo también conocer un poco más la realidad social amazónica. La investigación tiene como objetivos analizar el perfil profesional del joven entre 16 y 18 años de edad de la Vila de Lindóia en Itacoatiara en el Estado de Amazonas / Brasil, contribuir a su ingreso al mercado de trabajo, verificar los niveles de cualificación de la populación joven y sus implicaciones en el mercado de trabajo, contar la demanda para la absorción de mano de obra en el mercado local, apuntar cual tipo de calificación profesional con encontradas. El estudio se configura como una evaluación con información cualitativa y cuantitativa donde será utilizada entrevista, que se aplicará a las organizaciones empresariales del local y cuestionarios a los estudiantes de la enseñanza fundamental y medio entre 16 y 18. Con eso se buscara favorecer la calificación profesional de esos jóvenes para el mercado de trabajo por medio de cursos profesionales.
