Abstract

Das vorliegende Dokument ist die Stellungnahme zum ersten Fortschrittsbericht und zum jährlichen Monitoring-Bericht der Bundesregierung. Im Fortschrittsbericht 2014 soll im Unterschied zu den rein faktenbasierten und vergangenheitsbezogenen Monitoring-Berichten eine weitreichendere Beurteilung zukünftiger Entwicklungen sowie eine tiefergehende Analyse der Ursache-Wirkungs-Zusammenhänge der existierenden sowie der künftig zur Zielerfüllung noch notwendigen Maßnahmen stattfinden.
