Assekuranz 2025: Quo vadis?

Abstract

Trotz einer grundsätzlich positiven Ausgangslage mehren sich die Stimmen, dass in den kommenden Jahren mit erheblichen Umwälzungen in der Schweizerischen Assekuranz zu rechnen ist. Vor diesem Hintergrund beschreibt die vorliegende Studie den heutigen Stand der Assekuranz und zeigt acht Zukunftsthemen auf, welche unserer Meinung nach bis in das Jahr 2025 eine grosse Bedeutung aufweisen werden. Dies sind die Zukunft der Lebensversicherung, die Zukunft der Motorfahrzeugversicherung, das digitale Monitoring, InsurTech-Startups, virtuelle Assistenten, Alternatives Kapital, innovative Value- und Organisationsdesigns und das Thema Customer Value. In Summe zeigt sich, dass die Assekuranz die Fähigkeiten mitbringt, alle zentralen Herausforderungen zu meistern, Zukunftsthemen aber proaktiv angehen muss, um ihre heutige Bedeutung zu wahren und auszubauen
