Management von Behälterkreisläufen auf Basis der Verkehrsflussdynamik? Eine Analogiebetrachtung von Messgrößen und Systemstrukturen

Abstract

Die Steuerung von Behälterflüssen in Supply Chains ist Aufgabe des Behältermanagements. Für Mehrwegbehälter spielt sie eine besondere Rolle, da sich diese auch ohne Packgut in Behälterkreisläufen bewegen. Hierfür können Modelle verwendet werden, deren Grundlage die in diesem Arbeitsbericht enthaltenen formalen und strukturellen Betrachtungen des Behälterflusses bilden. Da der Flussgedanke für Behälterkreisläufe bisher in der Forschung wenig Beachtung findet, wird als Vergleichsgegenstand der bereits ausführlich erforschte Verkehrsfluss herangezogen. Im Rahmen der Analyse formaler Analogien lassen sich zu allen Messgrößen des Verkehrsflusses Entsprechungen für den Behälterfluss finden. Es zeigt sich jedoch, dass diese nicht immer zweckmäßig sind und dass für eine umfassende Charakterisierung des Behälterflusses zusätzliche Messgrößen notwendig sind. Auf struktureller Ebene werden Kreislaufkonzepte aus Verkehr und Logistik gegenübergestellt und auf dieser Basis ein allgemeines Strukturmodell für Mehr-wegbehälterkreisläufe entwickelt. In diesem lassen sich die zuvor untersuchten Messgrößen und weiterer kreislaufspezifischer Kennzahlen nutzen.
